Extract from a letter dated the 23rd November, 1784, from Mr. George, Tylor, Paymaster of Col. pearse detachment to the commissary-General enclosing copies of three orders received from col. pearse relative to the continueance of staff bills to officers in command of regiments additional allowances to the Surgeon at Benares and batta to the seipoys absent at Ballajee upon leave.
