Letter from Mr. J. Pearse, requesting that the Collector of Oudh may be directed to receive form him the Nabob Vezier, bonds for rupees 70,000 on account of his debt to the Comapny , stating that the Nabob Vezier, is indebted to him for a consideravle amount of which he encloses the translation of his parwanna to him and soliciting that arrangements may be made for the recovery of the sum due from the Nabob Vezier.
