Copy of a letter from Mr.Charles Simith to Mr.John Turing, Resident at Ganjam requesting him to prevail on the owners of vessels to load and send their ships to Fort St.George and to encourage the importaion of grain to that port and also desiring him to publish certain military successes recontly achieved.
