Draft of a letter to the President and Council of Fort St.George intimating the despatch of the ship Duke of Kingston to their Presidency with two pilot vessels one for carrying their public desptches to Europe an the other for helping the troops on board the Duke of Kingston to disembark requesting them to advance four months pay to the Commander and crew of the vessel that is to proceed to Europe notifying the despatch ofa chest of military stores and a certain quantity of salt provisions to them notifying them that the tonnage for the supply of an additiona quantity of rice to them has been obtained by Mr.John O DONELL, and stating tat no information has been received of the military stores sent oto them on board the Cores.
