Letter from Mr. Edward Wheler to the Secretary, intimating that he is not against the intended increase of the Companys Investment of raw silk, but desires the purchase only of the most profitable assortments, and requesting the Secretary to forward to the Board of Trade an account of the profit and loss upon sundry sorts of raw silk, together with certain questions to be answered by them, before he can give his opinion on the intended increase.
