To Secretary - Intimates that the Government has resolved todespense with the fromal Reports of the Intiatory & monthly examinations which the Board are now required to submit to Government - but requests the Board of will continue to report whenever any going Civilian passes the test of qualification in any language in whenever any one exceeds the allotted him for passing in the test under Sec XIV of the Rules.
