Accountant General - States that the Balance of Cash on an average of the last ten Months which has been retained in a the hands of the Marine Pay Master amounts to Sum of Rs. 129.855 instead of being less than 5000 Rupees conformably to the orders of Government of the 19th. June 1804. Suggests the adoption of measures so in that the balance of Cash in future at the close of each month shoult not exceed the Sum of Rs. 4000 Rupees.
