Question in the Parliament of India by Shri R.Veleyudhan regarding (i) the number of I.C.S officer victimised by government from 1940-46 due to their pro-congress Sympathy ;(ii) the number of officer reinstated after partition ;(iii) whether there is any I.C.S. officer still not taken back by the Govt, (d) whether Govt have received any request from such poersons for reinstatement ; and (e) if So, what action the Government have taken in such cases?
