To Acting Sub Treasurer- Acquaint him that the Establishment of the Baggage Department was sanctioned on the 17th February last amounting to Sum of Rs. 285 per month and request him to pay it with the other Establishments of the Export Ware House also. Inform him that the Superintendent of that Department has been desired tto unit to the General Treasuary the amount of fees which may have been collected in the past 6 month of each years.
