Read the two following Acts of Parliament recently received from Europe Viz. an act to continue until the first day of January One Thousand Eight Hunderd and Sixteen and to amend several acts of allowing - Importations from and exportations to the places within the limits of the Charter of the East India Company in Ships not British Built and for the letter maintenance and Care of Lascars and other Asiatie Seamer arriving in the Pungdom An act to remove doubts as to the Duties and Taxes here to fore imposed and lived under the authority of the several Governments in the East Indies.
