Advocate General - In reply to a Communication of the 28th Ultimo - States that a Page Ship although condenmed has not the previlege for a British built Ship # shall have obtained a British Plantation registry and is therefor of opinon that the Ship Union if she has not obtained a Regestry would incur great # by going to the Cape of Good Hope either with or without the license of the Company.
