L. S - Acknowledge a letter of the 10th February last with its enclosure and acquaint that the Honble Court of Directors have been pleased to forego their Claim against Mr. Thomas Jarrett, as security for the late Mr. Richard Hunter formerly belonging to the Bencoolen Establishment Annex the orders of the Honble Court on the subject.
