Committee In reply to orders of the 11th June last relative to removing the abstcles to the due Circulation of the Copper conveney at Benares state that those obstales arise from a compination of shroffs who have made a distinction betwen Price heaving the mark & house that do not reducing the value of the latter 11per cent observe that that officers of the Collectors Treasurey have fund burst if it be of Govrnment are not aware of any objection to the issuing a Proclamation on the adoption of other legal measures to equalize the Currency .
