Acting Secretary - In reply to orders of the 8th November - States that the honorary distenction of a Medal has Hitherto been Offered to such students as were a titled thereto by there proficiency in the Sanserit and Arabic Languages - Submit observations and suggests the adoption of measures for in couraging the study of those Languages after the Students shall have left College - States that 40 copies of an English and Sanerit Dictionary as also large supplics of Public documents have been transmitted to the Court of Directors.
