Board submit copy of a Memorial & other papers from Mr. James Kymer senior Branch Pilot soliciting to be permitted to retire from the service with a personal allowance of 100 Rs. per months in addition to the pension of 200 Rs. to which he is entitled by the new Regiment state reasons which preclude them from recommend the grant of the personal allowance.
