Board - Submits a letter form the Master Attendent and one which Accompanied it to the address of the Acting Chief Secretary Containing an appeal to Government against the Boards decision in the case of Mr. Branch Pilot Sweeting and against their Proceedings on other points connected with the interests of th Marine Department forward the correspondence which has giver rise to the appeal and Trust that the decison of Governement on the Matter at Issue and on the suggested formation of a code of regulats for the better management of the Pilot establishment will render their futher intercourse with the Master Attendant less unpleasant .
