Secretary - In reply to orders of the 1 Instant states that the Military Officers holding offices in the College have been apprized of the Compensation granted by govt. in lieu of Regimental Allowances . Recommends that the allowance of 100 Rs. per mensem authorized to be drawn by Lieut.Aytol to enable him prepare a Nepalese Grammer for the press be continued to him for two months longer & that 200 Rs. be then granted to him for the purpose of defraying the Travelling Expenses of the Native Teachers back to Nepaul .
