L.S to the Deputy Governor and Managers of the Bengal Orphan Society - Transmitting an Extract/ Paras 3 and 8 from a Public General Letter from the Court of Directors dated the 5th April last relative the the grant of sum of Rs. 30000 to the late Proprietors of the Government Gazette as a compensation for the loss stated to have been sustained by them in consequences of the transfer of the the Government business to the Press established at the upper Orphan School.
