College Council - Submit copies of Minutes recorded by them consequent to the orders from the Court of Directors for the abolition of the Office of Assistants Professor. observe that those orders may be carried into effect and that 2 examiners should be appointed to lend their assistance in the absence or sickness of the Professors. that the Office of Secretary should henceforth be distinct from that of Examiner that the situation of Acting Examiner should be discontinued & that certain reductions should be made in the Native part of the College Establishment - Notice a difference of opinion among them on the policy of continuing the admission of Mrlity Students & request to be furnished with a Copy of the Rules inforce at Fort St. George - Regarding Prizes & Rewards for high proficiency in the Native languages.
