Lieut. Governor - States that in consequence of the ruinous condition of the Public Buildings at Mount Felix hitherto occupied by him he has been under the necessity of purchasing the House & Grounds at pamatang Balang & Aroongang for Dollars 10,500 exclusive of establishment - To meet which he has disposed of the ground adjoining Mount Felix and several smaller pieces of Ground etc. solicits to know whether he is authorized to consider the purchase in question as made on account of the Company or whether an allowance of 150 Dollars Per Month may be granted to him in consequence.
