S. - In reply - The Code of Regulations approved and passed desired to casue them to be printed and distributed to the Officers in the Pilot Service In future the Proceeding of all Courts of Enquiry to be submitted for the confirmation if Governemtn previous to the promulgation of the Sentence. States that Government consideration the manner in which the Regulations have been framed by Mr. Greenlaw to be very satisfactory and very creditable to that Gentleman.
