Post Master General - In submitting a letter from the Director General, Desiring that Steam Postage chargeable on Official correspondence conveyed by the P & O Company. Steamers with the exception of that passing between India and the United Kingdom, may be collected in cash, and credited as steam postage to the British Post Office in the same manner as upon ordinary letters enquiries whether under such circumstances cash payments are to be demanded from Public Officials for position due the class of letters specified.
