The board should communicate to the # Officer of Insurance Ship owners etc The orders of the Honble Court for reducing the allowances of the Master Pilots Government deems too imperative to admit of postaponement - The Board to take into consideration the principle suggested to be adopted for going those Officers some advantage out of the Pilogage Rates etc.
