Superintendant Directors - In reply to orders - Repots that the statment shewing the expence incwrred in the Department is in course of preparation Is of opinion that opering the Telegraphs to the public at a fixed charge is practicale & is waiting only to complete the revision of the Vocabulary to suggest the odoption of the Measure - The rapidity & accuracy of communicateon as far as experience has yet gone afords abundant hopes of success - reqrets that a more frequent use has not been made of the Telegraphs by Government again adoerts to the want of a 2nd Telescope - Proposals for a line of Telegraphs from Sangor are in a State of forward nessary.
