To Marine Board - The Irrawaddy not having yet proceeded to Chittagong as directed in orders of 20th Ultimo - desired to defer her departure until the dispatch of the His Charters Ships Thomas Grenville and Minerva in order that she may be available for the conveyance of His Excellency the Commander in Chief to the latter Vessel or for the transportation down the River of the Treasure or Invalids which the Government are sending home by those Vessels.
