To Secretary - In reply - States that as Mr. Sympson has qualified himself in Persian and Mr. Money in Bengalee - Government is pleased to grant them two months, from the Expiration of the time fixed by the orders of Government dated 1st March 1831 for Students of their standing to complete the requisite proficiency in the Native Languages.
