To Secretary - In reply - If Mr. Bell can furnish a Certificate duly authenticated of actual inability to pursue his Studies on account of illness of such a description as to preclude his paying the necessary attention the period of such physical inability will be allowed in deduction from the time fixed by the Court for obtaining qualification Failing a Certificate to this effect, the Rule in repsect to the period of Study will be enforced.
