From Committee of Management Military Orphan Society - In reply to letter of 28th February. Forward a Table of the Printing Rates agreeably to the new agreement reduced 30 Percent from the Old Rates - cannot make a futher reduction for a large number of copies - Should the Gazette frequently exceed 8 pages will bring the subject to notice of the Government. The saving under the new arrangement will be 20,000 Rs. a year which must be at the expense of the charity - Trust therfore that Government will enforce their orders on all officers to employ the Orphan Press.
