From Secretary General Committee Public Instruction - With reference to his Letter dated 2nd. May 1838, relative to the Expence of boarding a certain number of Ceylon Youths, forwards one from the Medical College Council of states that the monthly expence of each pupil, servants included, will amount to 20 Rupees and 18 Rs.as before stated.
