From Secretary - Submits an application from Mr. I. Sutherland, Principal of the College of Mahomed Mohsim, for leave to proceed to Europe for the benefit of his health, and recommends that Dr. Esdaile be appointed to officiate for Mr. Sutherland as arranged between them and that the latter be allowed 100 Rs. per month during his absence.
