From - With reference to Financial extract dated 31st October 1855 forwards extract from Courts Despatch No. 45 of 4th June last sanctioning a permanent increase to the Establishment of the Secretary Government of Bombay in the General P. W. Department to the extent of 400 Rs. per month.
