From - Forwards for information with refer to Public Despatch to Court No. 128 dated 18th October / 56 extract paras 10 to 1`2 from Court Despatch No. 42 of 1857 dated 24th June expressing their unevillingness to insist with refer to Courts Financial Despatch No. 65 of 1856 on any charge in the constitution of the home secre secretary as the business in that Department appears to be increasing with advertance to the objectin of Government to transfer from the foreign Department any of the hasiness now devolving upon it on account of the non regulation provinces remark that many questions desposed of in that Department are also considered & reported to to Court in others & desire that this practice he discontinued as or as practicable.
