The Right Honble the Vice president in Council Being of opinon that the interests of science would be consulted by the Communication to the Asiatic society of a copy of the Report recently received from Captain Herbert of the Mineraligical survey of the Himalya mountains ordered that Atranscript of that report be sent to the Society.
