To Secretary Bengal - Acknowledges the foregoing - the circumstances under which the grant was originally made and those under the circumstance of the case the grant in question is not one in aid byt a grant in full as much as if the school were a Government institution the G. G. in C. viewing however the importance of - English Education in Behar and in the hope that a further trial of the experiment may had to the provision of some private and independent towards the support of the School sanctions the continuance of the grant for a further period of one year on the clear understanding however that at the end of that period it will not he reveiced except under the strict conditions of the Grant-in-aid Rules.
