Resolution - Forwards the foregoing to the Financial Department for consideration and orders with the remarks that H. L. in C. finds that the rule for regulating the grant of deputation allowance to the Covenanted and uncovenanted Servants do not seem to harmonize and that H. L. in C. is of opinion some special arrangement should be made to provide for cases where the two Classes of Officers may be employed in the same claim of acting appointments.
