Mrs. Ann Halloran - Widow of the late Sub Conductor M. Halloran- With reference to the 2nd & 3rd para of this office letter dated 9th November last states that her husband was a Warrnat and not a non Commissioned officer & that she was obliged to take out a Probate of his Will under the annexed instruction of the Military Secretary to Government.
