To Secretary Madras - With reference to his letter No. 103 dated 13th October 1855 & with regard to the Courts Judicial Dispatch to Fort St. George No.11 dated 7th November last informs that there seems to be no difficulty in accepting Mr. Thomsom Acting Mauritius emigration Agent at Madras, as Agent for British Guianna & Trinidad - also informs with advertence to the request contained in para: w of his letter the Government of Bengal have been desired to furnish copies of the rules in force in Calcutta regarding emigration to those colonies and these will follow when received.
