To Secretary - Forwards Copy of a letter addressed to the Officiating Post Master General with copy of the From therein referred to and requests that a similar Statemetn may be firmished by the Post Master General at Arga of the number of letters dispatched and of the Reiceipts and expenditure of the several Post Offices for the years 1838/39 & 1840/41 in the N. W. P.
