To Officiating Secretary - in reply to letter of 8th December last forwards a Report from the Post Master General North West Provinces explaining why the expence of the Post Office Establishment in those Provinces is so much greater in 1840/41 than it was in 1838/39 and suggesting a scheme for substitisting light boats travel by Bullocks for the conveyance of Banghy parcel.
