Read a Dispatch form the Honble Court of Directors No. 29 of 1853 of 24th May referring to the Concluding Para of their dispatch No. 47 of 1853, and forwarding for considration a proposition by # Post Master General for including India in the arrangement to be adopted for the establishment of uniform rates of postage between Engaland and the Colonics.
