Captain G. I. Hay. R. N. States that he is staying at Kedgerce having Dispatches for H. M. Government and the admiralty from new Zealaced and asks that the admiralty agent on board the P. and O. Companys Steam Vessel Precursor be directed to take him up as a Passenger on he way out of the River.
