To F. W. Simms Esquire - Informed that Mr. Mather has been authorized to remove his woks to the Iron Bridge manufactory in order to expedite their Completion, and that the sum of Rs. 1479. 12. 9. has been authorized to be paid to Mr. Mather as balance of expences a further sum of 600 Rs. has been also placeed at his disposal for the Completion of the work.
