Under Secretary - Recommends at the suggestion of the Superintendant of Marine, that the Resolution of 21st February1846 so far as it relates to the change for the Conveyance of Banghy parcels in Government Vessels from one Port to another, be altered and increased from 2 annas to 1 Rupee for parcel weighing less than 100 Tolas, 2 Rs. for those weighing from 100 to 200 Tolas, 3 Rs. for thosa weighing 200 to 300 Tolas. Submits papers showing the reasons for this proposal .
