Read a Despatch from the Honble Court of Despatch No. 102 of 1857 of 22nd July transmitting for enquiry copy of a letter from the Colonial office & of its encloses from the Commissioner of Emigrations respecting the great mortality which has occurred suring the part reason among Cooly Emigrants on the Passage from Calcutta to the West Indies.
