Eastern Railway: Shri Suraj Bhan M.P.: Revision of he Prescribed Scale of pay of Clerks-Clarification of certain points-reference from-Decisions (1) In cases where, in pursuance of the orders issued videk Board's letter No. E(S) 64 CPC/PA/7 dt. 6.5.65 the employees concerned changed their date of option for the revised scale of Rs. 80-220 to 1.8.56 the intention is that the arrears, wherever accruing should be paid from 1.8.56 Likewise recoveries should be also be made wherever necessary on account of revision of the option. (2) The Staff who were confirmed in their revised scale Rs. 80-220 during the period 1.4.56 to 31.7.56 are also entitled to option regarding coming over to the scale from 1.8.56 In their case they should be confirmed in the Upgraded posts only on or after 1.8.56
