Captain H. Howe - In charge of the Office of Superintendant of Marine submits copuy of a letter from the Commander of the Fire Queen reporting his arrival from Point de Galle and Madras having on board H. E. Sir Portrict Grant K. C. R. Commander in Chief and Suite states that the Fire Queen coaling and will be ready for any service on which she may be required.
