To Secretary - Transmits Copy of Court of Dispatch no. 120 of 1856 dated 17th December of its encloser and requests that the provisions of the Ordinances of the Legislatures of British Guiaua and Grevada therein referred to relating to Emigrants may be carfully explained to parties about to emigrate from this Country to those Colonies.
