Under Secretary Bengal - Submits for orders a communication from the Director of Public Instruction requesting permission to employ two qualified Vernaculars Teachers in each of Six Districts named for the purpose of assisting and instructing the Teachers of the model and indigenous Schools existing therein the local expence for the 6 Districts being Rs. 240 per mensem.
