Officiating Director General Post Office - With reference to letter of the 17th July last on the subject of the Messages that was - by E. T. from the Military Department to Bombay on the 21st June last which Message neashed anckburpore in dur course an was alleged to have been despatched by Post to Doolia in consequence of an interraption in the sine between these two places but which was not delivered at Doolia until the 15th July following.
