From - Makes the following addtion to the Civil - Rules in conformity with the instructions of the Honble Court as conveyed in their Despatch no. 62 of 1856 dated 23rd July Vizt. Civil Servants who have taken leave of absence upon sick Certificate to Europre or elsewhere beyoud Sea will be inclligible to Furlough or private affairs until they have Seved Six years from their last return to duty. This rule will not apply to abort leaves to Sea.
